D’une île
Located in the Perche, D’une île is a rustic eight-room hotel run by Betrand Grébaut and Théophile Pourriat, the team behind the Septime and Clamato restaurants in Paris. At the heart of the experience is the on-site cuisine, which showcases the local terroir. Sustainable and seasonal, it evolves according to the market, the herbs and vegetables from the kitchen garden, and the latest harvests from small local artisans and producers.
