Septime
A rare feat in Paris, Septime has managed to win over Parisians and visiting gourmets alike ever since it opened in 2011: the restaurant has continued to shake up the capital for more than a decade. Its chef and co-founder Bertrand Grébaut, who passed away in July 2026, leaves behind a distinctive cuisine that never ceased to reinvent itself with the seasons, the produce, and the inspiration of the moment. A sensitive and committed vision that, over the years, became one of the most defining signatures of the Parisian culinary scene.
