Dame Jeanne
In this restaurant in Marseille's 1st arrondissement, Samy Leroy and Ohannes Kachichian have taken over the reins of the former Madame Jeanne. “Instinctive cuisine: for us, it's not just about taste,” reads the restaurant's social media page. This translates into Mediterranean cuisine that changes with the seasons and the chefs' whims. For example, the menu features chicken, Marseille oyster mushrooms, and mushroom emulsion alongside scallop carpaccio, zeste cream, and citrus powder.
