Bao
This Soho, London restaurant is inspired by Asian street-food markets. Designed like a Taiwanese Xiao Chi house, it offers a selection of baos as well as classic Taiwanese dishes reimagined by chef Erchen Chang—including fried chicken and miso eggplant. The space itself feels like a soothing cocoon in light wood. The good news? Other branches of the brand have popped up across the English capital, satisfying every palate.

Here is the club of the 5 cafés of the week in the French capital.
