Étsi
“Etsi” means “like this” in Greek. This restaurant in the 18th arrondissement is located a few steps from Montmartre Cemetery and is run by Mikaëla Liaroutsos. The chef trained with Michel Rostang and Cyril Lignac and offers heartfelt cuisine focused on generosity and sharing. The result: dishes with Mediterranean flavors, such as bottarga from the Peloponnese, grilled octopus with olives, and the famous Étsi tarama, creamy and melt-in-the-mouth. The atmosphere is friendly: you are welcomed as if you were at home. Just like this.
