Without ever using herbicides, insecticides, or preservatives, Maison Marc produces 100% French gherkins. Grown and hand-picked in Chemilly-sur-Yonne, they are then steeped in water, salt, vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, peppercorns, and tarragon.
