The Fugascina of Mergozzo by La Fugascina
This traditional bakery was founded in 1957 at the initiative of Osiride Baroni. By acquiring the recipe for the traditional Fugascina—a shortbread biscuit made with butter and Marsala that is emblematic of the region—from the former owners of the original bakery, he chose to carry on the tradition, thereby becoming a favorite destination for those with a sweet tooth. Now run by their daughter Patrizia and her husband Giordano, the bakery continues to showcase its unique expertise. The crisp texture and generously buttery flavor of these biscuits continue to delight lovers of sweet treats.

Here is the club of the 5 cafés of the week in the French capital.
