Rummo

Rummo pasta is made according to simple principles. Premium natural ingredients are carefully selected, wheat and water are mixed to create an elastic base, and finally, expert craftsmanship gives the pasta a rough texture that is ideal for holding sauce. The pasta is then dried at different temperatures depending on its shape, before being cut and packaged. The final quality test? A dynamometer test to confirm the product’s firmness.

Here is the club of the 5 cafés of the week in the French capital.
