Here, the olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed in an old stone press. This age-old technique produces the finest possible virgin olive oil. Among the flagship products is the intensely fruity virgin olive oil, made from a variety called “coratina” that grows in the heart of Puglia. All under the guidance of founder Nonno Savino.
