Sushi Noz
Located on a tree-lined street on the Upper East Side, Sushi Noz blends into an almost sacred setting. And you only have to push open the door to feel like you're somewhere else. Chef Nozomu Abe, a meticulous craftsman, offers a completely unique experience. On the menu: fish broth with mozuku seaweed, hay-smoked bonito, shiso leaves, and grated nori. And then there are the nigiri, melt-in-the-mouth and prepared to perfection. All this in a light wood cocoon. Two stars in the Michelin Guide.

Famous five
Coffee Tones. Five cafés, five shades. These are places that are an integral part of everyday life. Here is the club of the 5 cafés of the week in the French capital.
