Aja Mola
Look no further for seafood and fish in Palermo. The best can be found at Aja Mola, tucked between two tables of locals (which is always a good sign). On the menu: the sea on your plate, such as tuna stuffed with herbs, a dish of pasta fresca of the day (prepared daily on site), or an ultra-fresh lemon granita (the perfect way to end your meal). On the drinks side, there is a wide choice of wines, by the glass or bottle. As for the decor, it's no-frills, and that's just as well. It's definitely on the plate that the show takes place.

Famous five
Coffee Tones. Five cafés, five shades. These are places that are an integral part of everyday life. Here is the club of the 5 cafés of the week in the French capital.
