Acquerello
On this family farm, every grain of rice must undergo 20 stages of selection and production before it can bear the Acquerello name. The company also uses cutting-edge techniques to preserve its flavor and all the aromas contained in the germ: the vital part of the rice grain that contains most of its vitamins and micronutrients. During whitening, the germ separates from the rice grain. But thanks to a patented process, Acquerello manages to restore it... inside the grain. Hats off.

Here is the club of the 5 cafés of the week in the French capital.
