Pearly Queen

This urban beekeeping collective based in England aims to raise and protect bees while helping to educate the public about these precious pollinators. Its product range represents only a fraction of what beehives can produce, but is no less enticing for it. From Dulwich honey, with its notes of cherries and figs, to Balham, delicately scented with herbs and nuts, and Enfields, with its sweet cocoa aroma.

Here is the club of the 5 cafés of the week in the French capital.
