Le Petit Grain
Chef Edward Dellung-Williams left his native England to open his restaurant Le Grand Bain in Paris. And just a stone's throw away, he opened one of the city's best bakeries in 2018. A devotee of sourdough in all its forms, he offers hazelnut bread, country bread made with 100% rye flour, brioches, cinnamon rolls… Everything is prepared with organic flour and mineral water from one of the French capital's three springs.
