The Coffee Tree

Coffees that are 90% biodynamically produced (a technique that is therefore not reserved solely for wine) and an approach that brings it as close as possible to the producers who supply it: at l’Arbre à Café, founded by Hippolyte Courty, nothing is left to chance. And that is precisely why exceptional beans can be found there. Such as Pedra Azul, produced by Henrique Sloper and Fadenda Camocim in Brazil, or Aricha, straight from smallholder polyculture farms in Ethiopia. For rich, multifaceted coffee, with offerings from countries renowned for their fully developed aromas.

Coffee Tones. Five cafés, five shades.
These are places that are an integral part of everyday life. Encountered by chance along a path, visited every morning around the corner from home, tried out by word of mouth. We like them noisy or studious, indulgent, intimate, sometimes to be seen there and often to go unnoticed. If we come for the coffee, we sometimes come back for other things. Here is the club of the 5 cafés of the week in the French capital.
