Carré Pain de Mie
Co-founded by Michio Hasegawa, Carré Pain de Mie is one of the few Japanese bakeries in Paris. Located on Rue Rambuteau, it offers Japanese-style sandwich bread (softer and less dense), made with Japanese wheat flour. Enjoy it on its own, as a breaded pork “katsu sando,” or with chocolate for a sweet version.

Here is the club of the 5 cafés of the week in the French capital.
