Abbazia San Giorgio

Here, wine takes center stage. All the grapes are organically grown using biodynamic techniques. Weeds and pests are managed naturally to preserve all the wines’ flavors. No sulfites are added: fermentation takes place thanks to natural wild yeasts. The must-try? The orange bianco, perfect with fish and shellfish.
